Thermal management for LED – Applications
High power density in high power or high brightness (HB) – LED’s requires efficient cooling in order to ensure a trouble-free operation.
In order to achieve a trouble-free operation, a good luminous efficiently and long life, it is necessary to cool the LED’s efficiently.
Dr. D. Müller GmbH offers solutions for various problems through a wide product range of thermal management:
Using double-sided adhesive thermally conductive Thermiflex the LED can be mounted on a heat sink. For the same application a two- component thermally conductive Thermiglue can also be used.
The Thermipad product line provides heat dissipation through the light housing itself.
