The new product Thermipad TP 22 601 is a very soft gap filler having not more than 10 shore.

Furthermore, a flamability classification of V0 could be achieved with a specific silicone formulation. The product has a thermal conductivity of 0.8 W / mk and can be used in a temperature range of -40 to +150 ° C.

The product was specifically developed for a manufacturer of solar modules, but besides of that it is also well-suited for all areas in which a metal case is used as a heatsink in order to optimize the connection to electronic components.
