DuPont

The E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company (DuPont) is a technology-concern which focuses on synthetic fibres, electronics, special chemicals, biotechnology and agriculture. The wide product range targets different markets all over the world including sectors like packaging, feeding, transportation, automotive and electronics.

We use Nomex, Mylar, Kapton, Melinex as well as Tedlar and Tyvek from the company DuPont and by using them we produce die-cut, formed and insulating parts.

Mitsubishi Polyester Film

Since 1955 the company Mitsubishi Polyester Film GmbH produces polyester films named Hostaphan® in Wiesbaden, Germany. In this work high class Hostaphan®-special films are developed. These special films with a thickness from 0.9 to 500 micrometres set standards in quality and variety of products worldwide.

We use Hostaphan WN and Hostaphan RN and by taking them we produce adhesive tapes, die-cut and formed parts and sliced tapes.

Sabic

SABIC Innovative Plastics is a worldwide-leading supplier of technical synthetic materials. Their extensive product range includes thermoplastic synthetics, coatings, special construction material, synthetic films and discs.

We use Noryl, Ultem, Valox and Lexan in our production and by using them we produce die-cut and formed parts.

Freudenberg Vliesstoffe

Freudenberg Vliesstoffe is the largest manufacturer of nonwoven fabrics in the world. They have 21 manufacturing bases in 13 countries. The company produces interlining materials for the clothing industry and develops nonwoven fabrics for these markets: energy, automotive interior, hygiene, medical, building interior, landscape construction and for special applications. The subgroup Freudenberg Vliesstoffe had a sale from more than 60 million euro in 2011 and employs more than 3,150 employees worldwide. The company belongs to the Freudenberg-group.

We produce die-cut parts from the Viledon-nonwoven fabrics for the phase insulation in the electric motor construction sector as well as tapes for the inlay in the transformer construction sector.

Bayer

Bayer is a worldwide operating company with distinctive competencies in the sectors of health care, feeding and high quality materials. These products and services should be conducive to the people and improve the quality of their lives. At the same time Bayer creates standards for innovation, increases and high profitability.

We use the Makrofol-Polycarbonat films and the Makrolon-Polycarbonat discs to produce die-cut and formed parts.

BASF

BASF is one of the worldwide leading chemical companies with activities across the globe. According to this the company has a quite self-confident name: BASF – The Chemical Company. The product range includes more than just chemicals, for example refining products, synthetic materials, fine chemicals and agriculture pesticides. Furthermore it includes the extraction from oil and gas. Key customers are the chemical automotive, construction and energy industry as well as companies from the agriculture sector. They have customers in nearly all branches.

Tesa

Tesa is one of the worldwide leading suppliers for self-adhesive products and system solutions for industry and end consumer. The company was founded in 1936 from Beiersdorf. The company Tesa is named after the secretary Elsa Tesmer who worked for Beiersdorf until 1908. Her name was given to the transparent adhesive strip Tesafilm, maybe the most famous end consumer product from Tesa.

We use Tesa’s products for the automotive industry as well as in the electro and electronic industry. There are also special tapes in the solar industry sector for

  • Adhesive tapes for the producing in solar panels
  • Safe framing from photovoltaic models
  • Connection box adhesion at photovoltaic models

Von Roll

Von Roll produces insulating products and transformers. The key customers are especially in the cable industry, the electronic and the electric machines industry. The today known Von Roll was founded in 1987 when the 1803 founded Ludwig-Roll’sche ironworks and the 1949 founded Swiss Isola-Works merged.

Röchling

Röchling is settled in the manufacturing of synthetic material sector. The distinctive competencies are divided into two fields of activity: high-performance synthetic material and automotive synthetic material. The company is specialised on light weight construction made of synthetic material in the automotive synthetic material sector.

Isovolta

The Isovolta Group is the leading manufacturer of electrical insualting material, technical laminates and composites. Isovolta stands for costumer-orientated processing, sustainable products and the ambition to improve quality and technology steadily. Today the company is headquartered in Wiener Neudorf, Austria, and has 20 manufacturing and distribution bases in 10 countries.

 

3M

3M stands for Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing which is a worldwide operating multi-technology company headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. The company produces, among others, adhesive products.  3M is known through their products Post-It and Scotch. The concern produces more than 50,000 different products based on 45 technology platforms and 26,000 patents.

Famous product sectors are the adhesive and adhesive tapes for the electro and electronic industry which are produced on our rotation die-cutting machines. In addition to that we are also handling the VHB-adhesive tape products.

Roger's Corporation

Roger's Corporation is the world's leading manufacturer of high performance foams including PORON and BISCO and also produces a large amount of FDA approved materials.

ITW Formex™

Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is an American company headquartered in Glenview, Illinois, USA. ITW is listed in the S&P 500 share index. At the moment the ITW group includes about 825 subsidiary companies in 52 countries which employ more than 60,000 employees.

Formex™ insulating materials were developed in 1985 in the ITW technology centre. ITW Formex with manufacturing bases in the USA and Asia is headquartered near Chicago and offers support for technique and distribution.

Formex™GK and Formex™ materials are used in order to comply with UL, CSA, IEC, VDE, TUV, BSR or MITI standards when there is a need for electrical insulators and barriers.

 

Rosco

Rosco was founded in 1910 and is known worldwide for its colour filters. The company offers products in more than one dozen categories. These include among other things gobos, correction filters for the film lightning, fog and mist machines, flooring for dance floors and backdrops for films and theatres.

Rosco also developed a lot of innovative products for the lightning industry, e.g. rotators and projectors. The company was awarded with four Oscars from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

We process the colour filter films to die-cut parts.
