With more than 50 different heat conducting pastes, Dr. D. Müller GmbH is one of the leading suppliers worldwide. Pastes with a temperature range up to 1200°C are part of the product range.

Dr. D. Müller GmbH supplies heat-conducting pastes on a silicone-free or silicone-containing basis. The thermal conduction pastes operate in a range from -180 to +1200°C. For applications in the automotive industry IMDS-listed thermal pastes are also available. Special vacuum-compatible thermal conduction pastes can also be produced on customer request.

Fields of application for thermal paste

Thermal conductive pastes are used in many areas of electronics where fast and efficient heat conduction is important. In addition, heat-conducting paste is used in heating applications. Thermal conduction pastes are used in the following industries, among others:

Plastics industry (extrusion die heating, hot runner distributors, press moulds, screen changing equipment), shoe machine industry (vulcanizing presses and mould heating, pinching machines, hot stamping machines), foundries (core moulds and ingot moulds, die casting machines, vacuum furnace heating), apparatus engineering and laboratory industry (hot plates, industrial baths, distillation plants, soldering baths, oil sump heating, sterilizing baths, oil preheaters), Wood machinery industry (hot-melt gluers, melting and application devices, branding stamps), packaging machinery industry (embossing, sealing and welding stamp heating, carton closing machines, tube filling and closing machines), medical technology (inhalers and sterilizers, polymerization devices, dialysis machines), as well as in general mechanical engineering (small air heaters, expansion screw heating, bookbinding machines, refrigeration compressors)

The Thermigrease heat-conducting pastes are supplied in various container sizes. Customer-specific requirements can always be taken into account. There are a number of standard fillings, but in most cases the pastes are filled according to customer orders.

There are applications in which thermal paste is not a suitable material for dissipating heat. In this case, the heat conducting foils and pads (also called gap filler) as well as the heat conducting adhesives of Dr. Dietrich Müller can be used.
