Thermipad® TP 22832 – Silicone-free gap filler material for sensitive electronics

Thermipad® TP 22832 is a powerful, silicone-free thermal conductive material, which was specially developed for applications where sensitive electronic components must be protected from mechanical stress. With its low compression force and a thermal conductivity of 4,0 W/mK It provides reliable thermal connection without exerting excessive pressure on components.

Ideal solution for sensitive electronic systems

Thanks to his silicone-free formulation Thermipad® TP 22832 is ideal for use in optical systems as well as in areas where Contamination by siloxanes must be avoided – such as in:

  • Datacom systems
  • Automotive electronics
  • Telecommunications systems
  • Optical modules
  • Cameras and sensitive sensors
