BF-2000 Ultra Soft Silicone Foam
Because it is a silicone foam, BF-2000 Ultra Soft Silicone Foam offers extreme temperature resistance. According to BISCO, this cellular silicone foam is well suited for transportation applications and features high dustproofing and low closing forces.
EC2265 Electrically conductive
Solid silicone, such as BISCO's electrically conductive EC2265, is ideal for applications that require resistance to extreme temperatures. This carbon-filled product is a low-amperage electrical conductor and serves as an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) shield.
BF-1000 Very soft silicone foam
Another BISCO cellular silicone foam, BF-1000 Very Soft Silicone Foam, is durable, soft and highly compressible. This silicone gasket material is excellent for sealing exterior cases and protecting electronic equipment from vibration, shock, heat and flame.
HT-870 Soft Silicone Foam
This silicone foam is slightly firmer and denser than BF-1000 Very Soft Silicone Foam. HT-870 Soft Silicone Foam is very compressible and therefore offers more room for gaps of different widths in the construction. It is also resistant to softening and compression set, which helps prevent seal failures. This silicone gasket material is available with adhesive on one or both sides for ease of surface application.
HT-800 Medium Silicone Foam
An increase in strength and density over HT-800 Soft Silicone Foam, HT-870 Medium Silicone Foam offers the lightness and flexibility of other silicone foams, but also the strong sealing properties of silicone sponge material. Approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), this silicone foam is well suited for sealing lighting, outdoor communications, and electronics enclosures.
HT-820 Solid Silicone Foam
This silicone foam exhibits higher tensile strength and tear resistance than its lower density counterparts. HT-820 Firm Silicone Foam is lightweight like other silicone foams, but has a sufficiently compact cell structure to protect electronics, outdoor communications, and lighting equipment from wind-driven fire, rain, and small dust particles.
HT-840 Extra Firm Silicone Foam
HT-840 Extra-Firm Silicone Foam is BISCO's firmest silicone foam and is best suited for cases that require a high closing force seal. It is more tear and tear resistant than any other lower strength foam. This product works well for distributing pressure in extreme heat and when used in press pads.
MF1 Bun Silicone
Low compression set, high UV and weather resistance, and unmatched Flame, Smoke, and Toxicity (FST) resistance characterize MF1 Bun Silicones. This cellular silicone foam is commonly used to cushion railroad car seats, but is also excellent for applications that are important for silicone gasket materials, such as: B. RF-120 Silicone Heat Shield

This specialty cellular foam is widely used in commercial, professional and military vehicles.
FPC silicone fire barrier

This material can withstand intermittent flames up to 1.900 degrees Fahrenheit and continuous flames up to 392 degrees F. MSK-2 Kevlar foam
