Crepe paper tubes
Insulation tubes made of crepe paper can be used for high-voltage insulation of down-conductors in transformer construction.
The composition of the crepe paper and the quality of the processing by special machines allow it to be used in converters, cables and other devices with the highest demands.
The use of different base papers with different crepes, we offer flexible and at the same time stable crepe tubes with different dimensions with good assembly properties.
Features of our flexible crepe paper tubes:
- Insulation class A (105 C) according to VDE 0530
- Crepe tubes are glued to the end of the outer layer,
- larger dimensions additionally glued on the inside
- Crepe direction transverse to tube length
- flexible with high strength at the same time
- good compatibility with liquid insulating materials used in transformers
- The fineness, elasticity and low thickness of the base paper result in high electrical strength in the end products
- 100% oil impregnation in a short time when used in oil distribution transformers
