Glueless Laminates

This year, the company from Ahlhorn is showing laminates that are manufactured without adhesives. Traditionally, laminates made with glue are used in the manufacture of motors and generators. Adhesiveless laminates have a number of advantages from a technical point of view. They offer improved thermal conductivity.

More polyimide films

As a further addition to the product range, the processor of films offers more polyimide filmn and laminates of polyimide films that have improved properties.
In addition, the range of thicknesses has been expanded.

Expanded manufacturing capabilities for transformer manufacturers

In addition, the extended production possibilities for the production of parts for air- and oil-cooled transformers will be shown.

3D printing of bobbins

The fourth innovation will be 3D printing of bobbins for the manufacture of transformers. Here, the company relies on 3D printing of PEI and PEEK, which, as high-temperature materials, cover a wide range of applications.
