Gap-Filler TP 22601 Thermipad developed as a very soft material.
The new product Thermipad TP 22 601 is a very soft gap filler with a maximum of 10 Shore.
In addition, a flammability classification of V0 was achieved with a special silicone formulation. The product has a thermal conductivity of 0,8 W/mk and can be used in a temperature range from -40 to +150 °C.
The product was specially developed for a manufacturer of solar modules, but is also suitable for all areas in which a metal housing is used as a heat sink to optimize the connection to electronic components.
