The IAA 2011 is a crowd puller

425.000 visitors in just five days
According to the organizers, a total of 425.000 visitors came to the International Motor Show 2011 on the first five days of the fair. According to the VDA, this is significantly more than in 2009. The exhibition area is around 235.000 square meters this year, 40.000 square meters more than in 2009.
800.000 visitors are far exceeded
As VDA President Matthias Wissmann explained, the number of 800.000 visitors to the IAA 2011 will apparently be far exceeded. That would be more visitors than in the crisis year two years ago.
