Phenolic resin-cotton laminate fabric

PF CC 201 (HGW 2082)

This laminated fabric has very good mechanical properties due to the use of 130 to 200 g/sqm fine fabric. This quality of construction is particularly useful for high difficulty parts. If the focus is on good electrical properties, the HGW 2082.5 model is recommended. This model is made using special resins and electrolyte-free fabrics.

Epoxy resin glass composite fabric

EP GC 202 (HGW 2372.1)

The physical properties of this quality correspond to those of the model 201. In addition, it is characterized by the special flame retardance according to the requirements of the flammability class UL94 V-0.

EP GC 201 (HGW 2372)

Like all glass fiber reinforced fabric types, this quality also guarantees excellent mechanical and electrical values. In addition, the quality offers a low dielectric loss factor and lowest electrolytic corrosion effects on metals. It can be treated excellently due to low tool wear.

EP GC 203 (HGW 2372.4)

This quality should always be used when high temperature resistance and mechanical strength are required. The maximum temperature of 180°C enables use in thermal classes F and H. Even at 150°C, the drop in flexural strength is less than 50%. We also offer models with a temperature resistance of 220°C. The reason for this high temperature resistance is a special resin combination.

Silicone resin-glass composite fabric

SI GC 202 (HGW 2572)

If the thermal resistance must meet the highest requirements, silicone resin glass composite fabric should be used. It meets the requirements of heat class H (180°C).

In addition, we also manufacture items from special high-temperature materials. These then consist largely of mica and special ceramic fibers.
