The new product Thermipad TP 22601 is a very soft gap filler with only 10 Shore.
In addition, a flammability class of V0 could be achieved thanks to the silicone formulation used. The product has a thermal conductivity of 0,8 W/mk and can be used in a temperature range from -40 to +150 °C.
The product was specially developed for a manufacturer of solar modules, but is also used in all areas in which a metal housing is used as a heat sink to optimize the connection to electronic components.
