Positive summary of Composites Europe 2016

For the first time, the Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH from Ahlhorn in Lower Saxony will be taking part in Composites Europe in Düsseldorf. From November 29th to December 1st, 2016, the company presented its comprehensive product and service portfolio in the field of machining and processing of composite materials. Machined parts made of Rigidiso and Pertinax as well as pultruded GRP profiles were in demand.
Despite the “K Year” 2016, the organizer Reed Exhibitions in Düsseldorf counted 350 exhibitors from 30 nations and 8.622 (2014: 10.087) visitors.
Overall, those responsible for Dr. Müller a positive balance. The stand was very well attended, with around 60 inquiries about specific projects and offers, expectations were more than met.
With the premiere of the Lightweight Technologies Forum and the "Lightweight Construction Strategy Day", COMPOSITES EUROPE 2016 picked up on this trend and demonstrated that hybrid lightweight construction is becoming more and more important. And so composite materials from fiber composite and metal technologies were the focus of the specialist program that COMPOSITES EUROPE held from 29.11. – 1.12.2016 with the parallel ALUMINUM in Düsseldorf.
The upcoming COMPOSITES EUROPE, 12th European trade fair & forum for composite materials, technologies and applications, will take place from 19.09. to September 21.09.2017, XNUMX in Stuttgart.
