Punched parts made of paper, foil or fleece
stampings
The punching production area is one of the larger product areas of Dr. Dietrich Mueller GmbH.
Punched parts are manufactured according to samples or drawings. Punched parts can be made with adhesive on one or both sides.
Delivery forms of stamped parts made of paper, foil or fleece
Punched parts are poured loose, stored in magazines and delivered on rolls.
If punched parts are to be delivered in bulk, they are usually shrink-wrapped in PE bags and then packed in cartons. Stamped parts are packed in PE bags to protect them from moisture and dirt. Loosely dumped punched parts are often fed into production with vibration conveyors.
Stamped parts in magazines
All punched parts can be magazined. The stamped parts are packed in specially made magazines so that they can be processed automatically in our customers' production facilities. Punched parts that are stored in magazines can also be delivered shrink-wrapped in PE foil. The magazines with the punched parts are packed in boxes.
Stamped parts in roll form
Stamped parts can also be supplied in roll form. These punched parts can then be fed in automatically. Stampings in roll form can be supplied adhesive and non-adhesive. These punched parts are also packed in PE bags. The rolls with the die-cut parts are then shipped in a box.
Tooling techniques for stamped parts
We manufacture punched parts with three different tool technologies. Strip steel dies are used for the production of stamped parts in batches of up to 50.000 parts. Larger batch sizes are manufactured with massive tools. Stamped parts that are supplied in roll form are mostly manufactured with rotary tools. Mass stamped parts are only produced with complete cuts. The tools for stamping parts are serviced by us.
Punched parts also in small series
We also manufacture stamped parts in small series from 1 piece. With such small series, it often makes sense to produce using laser cutting technology or water jet cutting technology.

We also offer this service on a paid basis.
