insulating parts
Insulating parts are of great importance for the functionality of numerous electrical devices. Our insulating parts insulate against electrical breakdown.
We divide our range of insulating parts into five groups:
- flexible insulating parts
- rigid insulating parts
- injected insulating parts
- Insulating parts made of prepreg
- other insulating parts
Flexible insulating parts
By flexible insulating parts we mean insulating parts that are made from foil-like materials.
So for example slot insulation, slot closure, phase insulation, stamped parts from our flexible electrical insulating materials. It is possible for us to realize almost all contours.
For the production of these insulating parts, we use almost all surface insulating materials. Nomex, Mylar, polyimide film | Apical | Norton TH | Flexiso and laminates made from these electrical insulating materials are frequently used materials for insulating parts.
Insulating parts are also ready-to-install stamped parts that often insulate the insides of housings.
We can also produce insulating parts on our deep-drawing machines, resulting in 3D contours.
Flexible insulating parts are also made from adhesive tape.
Rigid insulating parts
By rigid insulating parts we mean insulating parts that are made of plate-like materials. For the manufacture of these insulating parts, we use CNC production to produce air gap inserts, adapter plates and air ducts.
Rigid insulating parts are manufactured from our Rigidiso product range.
These insulating parts can also be painted and made with metal inserts.
Injected insulating parts
Under injected insulating parts, we group together insulating parts that are manufactured using injection molding technology, such as coil bodies and terminal stars. We work together with partners to manufacture these insulating parts.
Insulating parts made of prepreg
In the group of insulating parts made of prepreg we summarize insulating parts that are made of prepreg. Here we offer our customers to process materials that are often reluctantly processed in production into ready-to-install parts. The prepregs for these insulating parts are manufactured by the leading material manufacturers.
Other insulating parts
We also supply insulating parts made from hoses. In some cases, holes are punched in hoses so that a wire can be fed out, or hoses made of foil are perforated. Insulating parts are also made from shrink tubing, which is then shrunk on using heat.
