Our stamping service enables us to produce consistent, uniform and repeatable contours quickly and efficiently in high volume (mass stampings). Our specialized die-cutting machines are engineered to utilize the optimum input quantity for high volume with low material waste. However, we can also offer stamped parts in small series.
Depending on the material and application, a variety of die-cutting methods have been developed for partial die-cutting, die-cutting, partially coated and fully coated materials and other production requirements (tabs).
Rotary punching
Rotary die cutters use cylindrical roller dies mounted on a gear mechanism. The gears rotate to press the die against the product material to punch the desired shape as the die rolls across the material surface. This process is highly efficient and precise, making it ideal for high-volume production.
Punching with steel strip cutting
With steel strip cutting – also known as flatbed die-cutting – a steel strip die mounted in a die plate is pressed against the substrate.
Once the shape has been created, a rubber or foam ejector built into the die plate is used to eject the die cut shape from the die plate. This type of die cutting is not as fast as rotary die cutting, but it is the most commonly used method for thicker materials.

A full die uses a die set to cut, press, or emboss holes or shapes in a material. A die set for a punch press includes male and female dies on either side of the workpiece that together punch, emboss, or press a hole or shape when mated.
Thermal Stamping Techniques
Thermal stamping provides a precise and efficient method of stamping, but is only compatible with materials that can be thermally displaced, such as vinyl and some plastics. Heated knives, ultrasound or lasers cut materials precisely into the desired shape.

In this way, problems can be identified in advance and economical tool planning can be guaranteed. The tools are thus efficiently designed and built depending on the series size.
Mass stamped parts or stamped parts in small series
From one-off production to a number of millions: Whether stamped parts as mass stamped parts or stamped parts in small series: As a manufacturer of stamped parts, we always have the right stamping process.
Our smallest stamped part has an outer diameter of 2 mm and the largest stamped precision part has dimensions of 1.500 x 2.500 mm.
We punch materials from 0,01mm to 12,5mm thick.
