Thermally conductive foils up to 0,5 mm

the dr Dietrich Müller GmbH supplies heat-conducting foils in silicone-free and silicone-containing versions, further processed into punched parts and molded parts, in adhesive and non-adhesive versions.

Areas of application for thermally conductive foils

Heat generation is a major problem in many electronic devices: In order to prevent temperature-related failures of electronic systems or assemblies, optimal thermal management must be ensured. Many assemblies, especially electronic semiconductors, only function in the long term if they are effectively cooled.
 
The unevenness of the contact surfaces between the electronic component and the heat sink can be compensated for with heat-conducting foils. At the same time, the thermal path is defined by a specific thermal path being defined by reducing the heat transfer resistance.
 

Delivery program of thermally conductive foil

Our delivery program includes various thermal conductive foils: There are silicone-free thermal conductive foils and silicone-containing thermal conductive foils. Graphite foils are also available. These graphite foils have a very high thermal conductivity. Phase change materials can also be obtained.
 
The range also includes thermally conductive foils that are adhesive on one or both sides.
 
For optimal mechanical properties, we have heat-conducting foils in our range that are reinforced with glass fabric or foils.
