PTFE film: Diverse variants for the electrical industry
PTFE is a material with an impressive combination of properties. Foil is also made of PTFE. The PTFE film is thermally very durable and can be used at temperatures between -200 and +250°C. PTFE foil is easy to clean and can be sterilized with commercially available agents.
We produce in our machining department CNC milled parts and CNC turned parts made of this material. In our stamping department, we manufacture flat gaskets for use in the chemical industry, vehicle and mechanical engineering as well as in the food industry. Flat gaskets are used as flange gaskets, for gaskets in valves and shafts and as roof collars in construction. PTFE film is also used as an insulating part, slot insulation and cover slide in electric motor construction. We also manufacture feathered ribbons made of PTFE film for transformer construction.

Our delivery program includes PTFE foils in rolls with a thickness of 0,05 - 2 mm. The standard width is 1.200 mm, but we are also happy to offer you suitable straps, stamped parts, blanks and special sizes

We also supply PTFE foils with an adhesive layer on one side. These are available in strengths of .0,13; 0,25 and 0,50mm. This is rolled goods with a standard width of 1.000 mm. We are happy to offer tapes, stamped parts, blanks and special sizes according to customer requirements.

The PTFE foils consist of a PTFE-coated fabric tape made of glass fibers. These PTFE film we deliver in various thicknesses and versions between 0,08 and 0,25 mm. Special foils are also available, for example in an antistatic or self-adhesive version. We are happy to offer tapes, stamped parts, blanks and special sizes according to customer requirements.

From the first tool-free sample production to series production, experienced application engineers and specialists are available for the implementation of stamped parts made of PTFE.
In the area of prototype production from PTFE, the most modern knife cutting machines and water jet cutting technology are available. In addition, the first samples can also be produced on the CNC machining centres. We do not cut PTFE on our laser cutting machines, as toxic and harmful vapors can be produced. These fumes also attack our laser cutting machines.

In the field of series production in the production of stamped parts made of PTFE foil, the most modern stamping machines, rotary stamping machines, eccentric presses and manual stamping are used.
Cutting tapes from PTFE foil
The cutting department is also equipped with the latest Kampf brand roll cutting machines and CMC Cevenini adhesive tape cutting machines. The Cutting PTFE film is no problem.
