Takeover of Heinz cutting technology
With the takeover of the Robust cutting machine from the Heinz cutting technology company, Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH created further know-how and production capacities in the area of the production of blanks.
The Heinz cutting technology company was a Swabian, powerful family business at the foot of the Swabian Alb. Everything was discussed directly with the boss, Mr. Hermann Heinz from Talheim (Mössingen). Flexibility and individuality were the self-evident principles of the Heinz company.
In the company, rolls were cut to format:
(Length and width)
- Roll widths up to 2.150 mm possible
- Roll diameter up to 900 mm
- Roll core from 50-150 mm
- Roll weight up to 300 kg
- Cutting lengths from 3 - 9.000 mm
The following materials were mainly cut:
Laminates, rubber, plastic foils, nonwovens, felt, foam, insulating and sealing material, pressboard, metal foil, glass fiber fleece, artificial leather, linoleum, etc
