Thermal paste: 50 different formulations

Thermal paste: 50 different formulations

With over 50 different thermal pastes, the Dr. D. Müller GmbH one of the leading providers worldwide. Pastes with a temperature range of up to 1200 °C are part of the range.

the dr D. Müller GmbH supplies thermal paste based on silicone-free or containing silicone. The thermal paste works in a range from -180 to +1200°C. IMDS-listed thermally conductive pastes are also available for applications in the automotive industry. Special vacuum-suitable heat-conducting pastes can also be produced on customer request.

Areas of application for thermal paste

Thermally conductive pastes are used in many areas of electronics where fast and efficient heat conduction is important. Thermal paste is also used in heating applications. Thermally conductive pastes are used in the following industries, among others:

Plastics industry (extrusion nozzle heaters, hot runner manifolds, press molds, screen changers), shoe machine industry (vulcanizing presses and mold heaters, lasting machines, hot stamping devices), foundries (core molds and moulds, die casting machines, vacuum furnace heating), apparatus engineering and laboratory industry (hotplates, industrial baths, distillation systems, solder baths, oil sump heaters, sterilization baths , oil preheaters), wood machinery industry (hot glue, melting and application devices, branding stamps), packaging machinery industry (embossing, sealing and welding stamp heaters, carton closing machines, tube filling and closing machines), medical technology (inhalers and sterilizers, polymerization devices, dialysis machines) as well as in general mechanical engineering (Small air heaters, expansion screw heaters, bookbinding machines, refrigeration compressors)

With the pastes of Dr. D. Müller GmbH there is no expansion, no bleeding and no migration.

Package sizes for thermal paste

The Thermigrease heat-conducting pastes are supplied in different container sizes. Custom needs can always be accommodated. There are a number of standard fillings, but mostly the pastes are filled to order.

Where can you buy thermal paste

You can order the thermal paste directly from Dr. D. Müller GmbH in the online shop or in specialist shops.

There are applications where thermal paste is not a suitable material for heat dissipation. This is where the thermally conductive foils and thermally conductive pads (also called gap fillers) as well as the thermally conductive adhesive from Dr. Dietrich Müller to use.
