Thermiflex® TF 21381
Thermiflex® TF 21381 is a silicone-free thermal interface material made from polyimide, which has been coated with a specially formulated elastomer mixture and has an adhesive on one side.
Thermiflex® TF 21381 offers excellent thermal and dielectric properties and is suitable for applications where conformable coatings are required or where silicone contamination is to be avoided.
The thermally conductive material Thermiflex® TF 21381 is used for power semiconductors, motor controls and power supplies.
Thermiflex® TF 21381 is supplied in yellow as standard. Thermiflex® TF 21381 can be supplied on a roll, in tape, cut to size or as a stamped part.
