The trademark Thermipad® is a well-known brand for thermally conductive pads these days. The range which is provided by Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH was expanded by the thermally conductive pad Thermipad® TP 22715.

Excellent properties due to optimal composition

The latest thermally conductive pad Thermipad® TP 22715 is made of soft silicone film which is equipped with thermally conductive fillers. This optimal composition leads to a high, anisotropic thermal conductivity of 15 W/mK.

Multifunctional, efficient usage

Thermipad® TP 22715 is a soft pad which has a good conformity that makes it very suitable for the thermal connection of electronical components to cooling surfaces. If using Thermipad® TP 22715 an optimal thermal contact by having low pressure is met which improves the thermal resistance. Further applications of Thermipad® TP 22715 can be found in diodes and rectifiers, in electrical modules and in the solar industry.

Delivery forms of Thermipad® TP 22715

Thermipad® TP 22715 is available as customized die-cut or formed parts as well as mat or cuts in different standard or special sizes. Like nearly all thermal conductive pads of the Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH Thermipad® TP 22715 can also be delivered two-side adhered. The thermally conductive pad Thermipad® TP 22715 is available in the following thicknesses 0.25, 0.50, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 mm.

Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH also delivers different water-jet and laser cut parts, rolled goods, reels as well as plotter-cut parts made of electrical insulation materials, gaskets, technical films and other thermally conductive products.
