Punched parts from adhesive tapes make sense for large production quantities, as they offer great time savings.

Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH produces labels, die-cut parts and adhesive tapes for industrial customers. These include mechanical engineers as well as automotive suppliers, the electrical engineering or plastics industries.

Die-cut parts made of adhesive tape are manufactured from all types of adhesive tapes. These can be supplied on rolls or as individual parts.

Die-cut parts are used to protect surfaces and seal joints. For example, temperature-resistant adhesive tapes made of polyimide film protect contacts in a surge bath during soldering. Formed stampings made of PE films or adhesive foams protect sensitive materials from scratches in places that could potentially be damaged during transport.

In electronic devices, die-cut parts made of adhesive tapes of suitable materials are used for various functions. For example, they connect heat sinks with chip housings to products of the Thermiflex brand.

Die-cut tapes can also be used to shield electronic circuits in electronic devices. In addition, electrically conductive die-cut parts connect circuits with liquid crystal displays.

Die-cut parts are used as carriers of information in all industrial sectors. They adhere to difficult surfaces and withstand the weather if you choose the right material.

Individual shapes are punched out using rotary, lifting or flat punching machines. They enable cost-efficient production on a wide variety of materials in variable shapes, widths and lengths, on rolls or sheets. Finishes such as perforation, printing, lamination or lamination are easy to implement.
