Motek 2012

Stuttgart | 08.10.2012

Every year, more than 1000 exhibitors meet an international audience of about 37 000 trade visitors on an exhibition area of about 60 000 square meters.

Consistent target group orientation is one of the secrets of Motek’s success.

The main target groups are, for example, the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and appliance manufacturing, the electrical and electronics industry, medical technology and solar production.

The numbers speak for themselves: over 900 exhibitors at Motek – International Trade Fair for Assembly, Handling and Automation, over 100 exhibitors at Bondexpo – International Trade Fair for Bonding Technology, and thus the available halls 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 of the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre are completely occupied:

In autumn 2012, the high-tech region in the south of Germany will once again be the host for the whole world of production and assembly automation!

Motek 2012 – Industrial Handling and more…

The bare figures speak for themselves: over 900 exhibitors at Motek – International Trade Fair for Assembly, Handling and Automation, over 100 exhibitors at Bondexpo – International Trade Fair for Bonding Technology, and thus the available halls 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 of the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre are completely occupied: In autumn 2012, the high-tech region in the south of Germany will once again be the host for the whole world of production and assembly automation!

Located in the heart of the European industrial nations, Motek’s appeal radiates worldwide to users of components, assemblies, subsystems, and detail and complete solutions for automation in the fields of production, assembly, testing, packaging and intralogistics. With the high demands of major users also located in the wide region in mind, suppliers from all over the world see the trade visitors who travel to Motek as “touchstones” for the competitiveness of their latest products and services.

At the Motek and the complementary Bondexpo, the concentrated supplier know-how for automation process chain solutions meets the user competence of globalized production. Not least for this reason, Motek’s once again highly attractive supporting program offers trade visitors the opportunity to look beyond their own horizons; for example, in the form of the two theme parks “Mechatronics” and “Education & Research”, the “Microsys Microsystems and Nanotechnology” technology park, the “Exhibitors’ Forum”, which has been very successful for many years, and last but not least, the “Arena of Innovation AoI”, which is once again flying the flag this year.

The slogan alone, “More know-how in less time,” issued by the State Network for Mechatronics, gives an easy indication of how the complementary process chain trade shows Motek and Bondexpo will bring together the information, communication and business offerings to the essentials. Or the other way around: trade visitors, in other words, decision-makers from all industrialized nations or emerging markets, receive all the relevant information for new approaches to solutions at Motek, and of course the security they need to be able to make or break automation technology investments of all sizes.

The 31st Motek with the 6th Bondexpo will take place from 8 to 11 October 2012 at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre and expects a good 30,000 trade visitors from around 100 countries worldwide.
