Application areas for heat conducting foils

In many electronic devices, heat generation is a major problem. To prevent temperature-related failures of electronic systems or assemblies, optimum thermal management must be ensured. Many assemblies, especially electronic semiconductors, only function in the long term if they are effectively cooled.

Heat conducting films can be used to compensate for the unevenness of the contact surfaces between the electronic component and the heat sink. At the same time, the thermal path is defined by defining a specific thermal path by reducing the heat transfer resistance.

Product range of thermally conductive film

Our product range includes various heat conducting foils: There are silicone-free heat conducting foils and silicone-containing heat conducting films. Graphite foils are also available. These graphite foils have a very high thermal conductivity. Phase-change materials are also available.

The range also includes thermal conductive foils that are adhesive on one side or double-sided.

For optimal mechanical properties we have heat conducting foils in our program, which are reinforced by glass fabric or foils.
