Tailor-made stamped parts made of flexible materials and films are the passion of the Ahlhorn-based company Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH.
More and more industrial companies from the automotive and electrical industries are looking for alternative materials and processing techniques to produce their products more efficiently and economically. New materials and production possibilities are playing an increasingly important role.
The use of prefabricated formed and stamped parts saves time and costs. Die-cut parts are individual shapes made of non-adhesive flexible materials, single-sided and double-sided adhesive tapes according to customer requirements. Here, drawings or hand cut samples are provided by the customer.
Whether for the automotive or electrical industry, whether for household appliances or mobile devices or countless other applications, Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH offers a very extensive range of materials from leading manufacturers such as 3M, Dupont, Mitsubishi, ITWFormex, Rogers and many others.
With these materials even complex problems can be solved economically and safely.
Wide range of materials in use
Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH converts single-sided and double-sided adhesive tapes, foils, foams and fabrics into punched parts, rolls or sheets. Adhesive films based on rubber, acrylate and silicone are processed as carrierless transfer adhesives or with carrier materials such as foam, non-woven, foils and fabrics.
A wide variety of raw materials such as fabric, plastic and metal foils, foams, sheet materials or cork are self-adhesively finished and individually tailored.
A special focus is on the production of parts made of polyimide foils. The company Dr. Dietrich Müller GmbH supplies the products of the brand manufacturers Kaneka, St. Gobain and UBE.
