We work with the following Poron models:

PORON® 4701-30

  • Very flexible and easy to compress, is used whenever flexibility is a basic requirement.
  • Available standard thicknesses as off 0.53 mm.

PORON® 4701-40

  • Flexible material for numerous applications.
  • Available standard thickness from 0.79 mm up to 12.7 mm.

PORON® 4701-41

  • Flexible material with improved closing abilities. The greater content of closed cells offers ambitious closing abilities at lower closing forces.
  • Available standard thicknesses from 0.79 mm up to 12.7 mm.

PORON® 4701-50

  • Solid material, which is used when dealing with high impact load and closing demands.
  • Available standard thickness from 0.30 mm up to 12.7 mm.

PORON® 4701-60

  • Very solid material for highest impact or shock loads.
  • Available standard thicknesses from 0.53 mm up to 12.7 mm.

PORON® 4790-92

  • Extremely flexible, excellent reset force at very low injection pressure.
  • Available standard thicknesses from 0.53 mm up to 12.7 mm.

PORON® Dura-Shape™ materials

The Poron Dura-Shape option can improve the reliability and the longevity at gasket and damping applications while enabling a fast and exacter die-cutting. It offers a both-sided PORON® surface and the stability of shape of a PET based product.

PORON® ShockSeal™ foams

Special developed to operate in fields in which crash protection, long-term reliability and compressive deformation resistance is essential. Available in different thicknesses and concentrations, so the constructing engineer can choose the best PORON® ShockSeal™-combination for your application.

Range of PORON® Soft Seal

This material with the lowest concentration of the whole PORON® product range was developed for minimal using forces.

PORON® ThinStik™ materials

PORON® ThinStik™ is an all-in-one solution which combines high compressed PORON® foam with a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. This innovation enables a higher compressibility for ultrathin device applications and offers a reliable impermeability for distances as off 0.1 mm.

Bisco silicones

Block silicones

Block silicones are light silicone foams which are casted to a block from a thickness up to 203 mm. The silicone foam is high-class silicone foam which is developed for a wide range of damping and gasket applications. It offers remarkable flame resistance, smoke-and toxic properties, is especially weather- and UV resistant and it also has a low compression set to enable safety, long-term comfort and longevity.

Silicone foams

Developed for excellent reliable closing, damping, vibration reduction and insulating.

Special developed for best results at extreme environmental conditions. Suitable for applications at which high mechanical elasticity and special security is needed, for example in the transportation, in castings for electric devices, at electrotechnical products and components as well as in industrial machines and constructions.

It also characterises by excellent fire protection and it is self-extinguishing.

Full silicones

Special developed for closing applications with high temperature/ high pressure.

Available in many thicknesses and hardness grades.

Qualities with glass fibre surface coating for extra form stability and higher crack resistance are also available.

Special silicones

Developed to meet numerous branch-specific requirements. This product range includes silicones for acoustic barriers (impact- and sound protection), patent fire prevention materials, conductive silicones and all materials are extremely temperature resistant and meet strict fire prevention norms of the industry.
